We stand by the quality of our gear. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If there’s a genuine manufacturer defect (a seam pops or a logo isn't right), that’s on us. Email us a photo at info@clubcountryco.com and we’ll swap it out immediately, no questions asked.
At Club Country, we know that once you’ve put in the work to make a selection, you want your gear in hand and ready for the field or the fairway. We treat every order with the same attention to detail we put into our designs.
Processing Times
Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Weekend Orders: We’re often outdoors on the weekends, too. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Holiday Peaks: During high-volume seasons, please allow an extra 2 business days for us to get your package out the door.
SHIPPING RATES
We keep it simple so there are no surprises at checkout:
Standard Shipping: $7-$12 flat rate Free Shipping: On all orders over $200.
RETURNS
We want you to feel confident in your gear, whether you’re on the 1st tee or in the turkey woods. If your order isn’t hitting the mark, we’ll work with you to get it right.
“Like New” Condition
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with the original tags attached. (Basically, if it’s got mud from the blind or grass stains from the rough, it’s yours for life).
DAMAGED GOODS
If your gear arrives damaged from its journey, let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right—no one left behind.
LOST PACKAGES
While we aren’t responsible for carrier errors or “porch piracy,” we will do everything in our power to help you track down a missing shipment or file a claim.
STANDARD RETURNS
For standard sales, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Items purchased Nov 1–Dec 25 have an extended return window of 90 days from the order date.
SALE RETURNS
Items purchased on sale must be returned within 30 days of order date to qualify for a refund.
We know fit is everything. Exchanges are allowed for the same item/style in a different size/color. If you want a different item, you’ll need to return your purchase and place a new order. If you need a different size or color:
FREE EXCHANGES
We offer free shipping on exchanges to ensure you get the right fit for your lifestyle.
THE PROCESS
Once you start an exchange, we’ll send you a prepaid label. As soon as the carrier scans your return, we’ll get your new gear headed your way.
SPECIAL ITEMS
Some embroidered items (like collegiate logos) can be returned but not exchanged — you’d need to place a new order.
If you’d like a refund, we’re happy to assist in making sure you’re happy!
Original Payment
If you’d rather have a refund, we will credit your original payment method.
RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns, a $7.00 restocking/shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
STORE CREDIT (BONUS)
Can’t decide on a different size yet? Choose Store Credit for your return, and we’ll waive the $7.00 shipping fee. It’s our way of saying thanks for staying part of the Club.
